WHY DO PRODUCTS TAKE 15 TO 20 DAYS TO ARRIVE?

We work with products that are priced well below the market price, and for that we need to work with international suppliers (USA, Europe and Asia).

Therefore, when a new order is placed in our store, we send the request to our suppliers and they ship it directly to your home.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING CODE?

We send the tracking code to you directly to your email within 3 business days, because our suppliers (industries that manufacture the products) request this period.

If even after this period you have not received the tracking code, send us an email to: [email protected] including your order number (something like #4321) and we will give you a status within 24 hours.

Yes, on the way between the country of origin and the country of destination, there are really no updates, since there is no movement of the package. It will notify you as soon as it arrives in your country. Then it will notify you of each movement, just like we are used to with domestic orders.

IS THERE ANY TAX THAT I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PRODUCT?

No, only the full value of the normal product, since our products are not taxed by Customs or by the post office (fee $ 15.00), but if any type of tax occurs, we assume responsibility and pay any type of fee.
